For newborn/infant session, I recommend putting something on the calendar one week from your due date (but this isn't for the faint of heart). I’m happy to schedule sessions well in advance. If you are looking for eye contact and smiling babies, you’ll probably want the session around 4-6 months.

Baby portraits as a stand alone one-hour session can be done in your home or in our Newton studio (no need to tidy up your home). Only the Cherish program is required to be done in studio.

Most babies do best after their morning nap, after they’ve been fed.

Parents should definitely be in the photos with the baby, even if it’s just your hands. If you feel uncomfortable in anyway, please let me know, and I’ll work with or around the situation, but parents should dress to be photographed at the session.

At the end of second trimester, or beginning of 3rd trimester when your baby bump exceeds your profile by an inch or so.
