Cherish Baby Collection

A new baby welcomed into a family is an exciting and emotional time.  A baby’s first year is full of rapid changes that mark the milestones in their growth.  The Cherish Baby Collection was created to capture these special stages and provide heirloom-treasure series that will be a joy to view for many years to come.

 

The Cherish Baby Collection $500 includes:

• Three, 30 min indoor sessions (as listed below) at our Newton studio

(regardless of weather/season outside, and no need to clean up your home on top of everything else going on…)

• 1 retouched, finished- 5×7 portrait from each session

• Special introductory Cherish Baby Collection pricing for additional products

 

Session 1: The Beginning: 3-4 months

Eye contact, smiles and snuggles.

Your baby will be in a diaper (diaper covers are welcome but not necessary). This is also a great time to create wonderful relationship portraits with Mom+Dad.

 

Session 2: The Moment: 6-8 months

When your baby is able to sit up independently but before crawling.  These moments are giggles and variety of expressions.

Simple clothing, onesie, diaper covers, overalls, tulle skirts or hats are welcome.  Baby will be photographed with and without parent(s).

 

Session 3: The Freedom: 12+ months

When your baby is able to stand up with support (holding on to parents’ hands or holding onto a piece of furniture) but not yet walking.

Clothing can be simple or all dressed up (2 outfits usually is max before baby complains).  Baby will be photographed with and without parent(s).  If you’d like to do a ‘cake-smash’, client provides the cake along with an additional $50 cleanup fee.

Details:

• The development stage described under each session is more relevant than the actual age of your baby.

• An older sibling can be added for an additional $50 per session.  Mom and Dad are welcome at every session.  Twins are additional $100 per program.

• If your baby is sick, we are happy to reschedule as long as our schedule allows.  Please keep in mind, babies may not be their happy selves after their vaccines.  However, if a session is missed or skipped (their developmental stage has surpassed), an image from another session can not be substituted for the series. No refunds or discounts are offered for missed sessions.

• Online orders will be available along the way.  After your 1 year session, we’d love to walk you through the sample products and display possibilities with you, rather than leave you alone at home to make all these decisions on your own.

 

Also available only as an add-on to your Cherish Baby Collection:

• A Maternity Session $150 

Between weeks 30-34 or when belly exceeds profile by a few inches + 1 retouched, finished- 5×7 portrait.  Dads are encouraged to join in the session.

• Infant Session $150

Within the first 10 days of baby’s birth, before major skin peeling or baby acne starts.

Tiny fingers & toes, and sleeping baby images + 1 retouched, finished- 5×7 portrait.

 

• Cherish Framed $300

Includes three 5×5’ Portraits in a gallery frame

 

• Cherish Folio $250

Includes three 5×7’s on a display folio

Individual digital files printable up to 5×7,  $100, available with minimum purchase of $500 only

Entire series, printable up to 8×10,  $2000

Entire series, a set of low resolution files for screen viewing and record keeping (not suitable for printing, as seen in gallery without watermark), $1000

*We will provide a low resolution, retouched Facebook image of every print order as a gift onto our Facebook gallery to be shared with your friends and family.  Custom Packages are available on print orders, with 20-40% savings.  While there is no minimum purchase required to enroll in the program, most clients do end up investing~$1-3000 into this series.
