Eileen & Eddie | Cupertino, CA

Eileen and Eddie’s story began in Cambridge, MA. They met at a wedding, then headed to the west coast, then back to Buffalo, then over to Reno, and the wedding took place in Cupertino, CA. Because this was a long distance wedding, we weren’t able to do an engagement session, but a lot of planning happened over e-mail, skype and phone to get ready.

Regretfully I didn’t know Eileen as well as I knew Eddie. Not only is Eddie one of Dan’s exclusive college circle of “Guys,” he was also an advocate referral for me that led to a lot more in the Boston-Cambridge area. Needless to say, I was very excited to document his wedding.

This wedding took place in one of those unusual weekends. Dan was a groomsman in Eddie’s wedding party, I was photographing the wedding. Eddie and Eileen were a very easy going couple who had thought through their day, and put a lot of time and effort to customize the beautiful wedding details to be a reflection of themselves and their love story. They were also just so hospitable to the entire wedding guests. Friends and family flew from all over the country to celebrate their special day.
