Family Portrait Session | Chestnut Hill

As I previously mentioned, Fall is one of the most popular portrait session weeks out of the whole year.  I’ve head record number of inquiries, and bookings, and have even run out of time to meet the demand for all the foliage centered portrait sessions.  Some clients book 6 months in advance for their favorite pick at the foliage portrait session.

As you’ll see, below is a beautiful family, of 4 children, actually, 4 boys, and just during the short time I spent with them, I could so easily see how unique each of them were, and yet they actually liked each other.  (I’m not sure what I’m going to do, if one of these days, I’m asked to photograph a family where everyone doesn’t get a long so well.)  The youngest member of the family was definitely keeping me on my toes, but he could certainly melt hearts when he wanted to.

The session took place in the clients’ back yard.

These are often my favorites.  I believe these images will become more precious as time passes, and truly become heirlooms.

I especially like this last image, because you can see the diverse personalities, and the mood of the youngest member!
